Dylan is one of those rare creative people that can balance stunning creative and great ideas with client needs. He has come up with some of the most beautifully crafted work, liaised with technical team members, co-ordinated with other creative team members, and always with a great attitude.I was sad to hear he left Toronto, as I wanted to hunt him down and work with him again… ggggrrr

REFERENCE TWO

SATU AHLMAN
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
ARTAAJ EVENTS

Firstly, Dylan is a great colleague. Reliable and fun to work with! Secondly, his creativity is something to brag about. His way of thinking and putting the thoughts into practice, whether something visual, or text, is super! Also his leadership style of helping others to grow in their roles, is just something to admire. He is a solid leader, who is firm when needed and always remembers to motivate with positive encouragement. He finds the right talent for the team, and will not accept anything but top notch, from himself nor his team. Dylan goes the extra mile and being as talented as he is, that is a winning combination. I can easily recommend Dylan to any creative leadership position out there!

PAUL MCCLIMOND
EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
HAVAS WORLDWIDE TORONTO

I had the great pleasure of working with Dylan at a large, multi-national agency in Toronto. Always a team player. Always wanting to develop ideas that were unique and well branded. Dylan is passionate about his work, taking his ideas from brief to completion with the utmost pride. Idea generation and design were always the driving force in both traditional and digital applications. His attention to detail was always noted. It is evident in the work he creates. I highly recommend Dylan. He will always be an important, co-operative member within any team and will always impress. He is a natural group leader. You can count on Dylan.

REFERENCE FOUR

JEFF MACKAY
SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER
BRIGHTSQUID

Dylan is the cool-headed one in every room he enters, and in every meeting and presentation he attends. No problem, issue, or concern is actually a problem, as it seems his level head has already figured out the solution while everyone else is still trying to come to terms with what’s wrong. As a leader, he challenges and inspires his teams to find a creative solution, not accepting mere adequacy and rolling up his sleeves to dig in right along with them. I think what makes him so impactful in these ways is that he’s managed somehow to maintain that inner wonder too often left behind with childhood.
