The Facebook Connect event needed to create an impactful media moment while at the same time getting guests to think differently about the Facebook suite of apps. It had to captivate attendees and excite them about how technology is enabling connection with the people and things they love most. Most critically, it needed to enable a shift in perception as to how Facebook is used by different people.
To deliver this, a space was conjured that people would want to explore, and allowed for moments that inspire. Guests were immersed in a setting filled with possibilities. Whether they fostered opinion, sparked opportunities for others, made art, shot film, crafted worlds in virtual reality or even just started conversations, our guests were all CREATORS, CONNECTORS and COMMUNITY BUILDERS. And the event celebrated that diversity.
