Annual Gathering 2020

Team building events can be an exercise in futility. Formats that don’t appeal to everyone, challenges that don’t really make an organization come together as a machine, and cookie-cutter activities hosted by team building agencies that are re-used from one company event to the next.

Tecom Group wanted something different for its annual team building gathering. Something that hadn’t been done before, and something that would drive excitement and create a buzz amongst employees long before and well after the actual event day.

We created a series of activities based around the central idea of Flying High and Reaching New Heights. With this in mind, an airport of the mind was designed and an aviation theme drove thinking behind the challenges. An authentic out of the box concept that, had it not been for Covid, would have delivered on the promise of a true team building experience.
