HRE Development launched Sakura Gardens on the lawns of Emirates Golf Club, and the brief was to make a development named for cherry blossom feel like one before a single render was shown. Guests arrived along a red carpet beneath a branded gateway, flags lifting in the evening breeze, into a registration pavilion hung with blossom overhead. Performers in kimono with red parasols moved through the arrival against a lit Sakura Gardens wall, and in a darkened room beyond it the model of the development sat under its own night sky, white towers wrapped around a green courtyard and pool, so that the first encounter with the project was a place rather than a brochure.
The main event was pure scale. Thousands of guests at candlelit tables faced a wide LED stage set into the night, lasers sweeping the crowd as the reveal built, with a headline celebrity appearance on stage to carry the moment. Seen from above, the whole venue read as one ring of light with the stage at its heart, and the evening closed on the three words it had been built around: HRE Development, Sakura Gardens.
